Desiree Pucci

My name is Desirée Pucci, I am an Italian sculptor born in Pietrasanta in the province of Lucca on the coast of Tuscany. In Pietrasanta I graduated from the art institute. After finishing my studies I decided to open a small studio where I create marble works. My works are centered on the theme of Nature. I began to study the material and the tools, through the floral subject where my idea was to create light, delicate works and through light to give brightness and soul to the block of marble. In these 8 years I have improved the technique by continuing the study of trees, in particular hollow trees where I seek a deeper connection between nature and man.
