Clélia Dumas

Clélia Dumas is a swiss-french painter who first studied art history and computer science before moving to a contemporary art practice in Switzerland. In 2021, she decided to move to Florence to study the old masters techniques and master the fundamentals of representational painting (such as still lives, plein air, portrait, etc.). She works almost exclusively from life and from imagination drawing, with oil painting. Her goal is to inspire a sense of calm and elevation through her work; integrating new technologies in her process while at the same time returning to nature and humanity.
